He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Traylor and Louise Traylor. He is survived by: his wife Deeanna Bodine Traylor; his children, Alex Traylor (Mattie) and Sara Lynn Dunn (Tre); his stepdaughter Stephanie Springfield (Erik); his siblings, Caren Traylor Murphree (Bobby) and Kenneth Traylor (Pam); his grandchildren, Annah Dunn, Sawyer Springfield and Ellie Reese Springfield; his niece Michelle Murphree Adams (Michael); and his nephew Bradley Murphree (Leah).

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
