She was predeceased by: her parents, Nudy Otwell and Margaret Ridgeway Otwell; her husband Rickey Alexander; her sisters, Sharon Willingham and Shelia "Lu" Prentice; and her grandparents, Esca, Violet Pendergrass Ridgeway, Wallace and Ann Otwell.
She is survived by: her brother Nathan Otwell (Melissa); her uncle William Ridgeway (Paula); and her aunts, Gay Nell Thomas of Arab, Peggy Rodgers (Grant) of Arab and Geraldine Clark of Lacey Spring. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
