We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2022, at the age of 80, Verla Mae Green of Arab, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Clarence and Beatrice Alma Bailey; and her daughter Ila Ruth Lockhart. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ard (Ricky), Risa Fillmore, Nancy Gresham, Agnes Boyd (Ken Duncan) and Beatrice Boyd; and her siblings, Richard (Evelyan Bailey) and Edith (Mickey Couch). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
