He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emmitt Briscoe and Lillie Mae Rutledge Briscoe; and his son Rickey Dickson. He is survived by: his wife Willa Jo Hallmark Briscoe; his son Travis Briscoe; his daughter-in-law Nada; his daughter Saundra Handley; his son-in-law Randy; his grandchildren, Sharanna Dickson, Myles Bateman and Blake Hogan; and his great grandchild Hayden Bridges.
In lieu of flowers family has requested donations be made to Shepherd's Cove Hospice 408 Martling Road Albertville, Al 35951.
