She is survived by: her parents, Jon Zlater and Ruby Ellen Hall Zlater; her husband Rodney Sirvio; her daughters, Andrea Zlater and Aubrey Zlater; her siblings, Stephanie Whitt and John Zlater; and her aunt Cathy Ballengee. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
