Bishop (Bill); his granddaughters, Kristy Burke Batista (Ricky) and Dawn Howell (David); his wife Mary Frances "Fran" Green-Smith; his sister Martha Irene Smith Stone; his grandchildren, Zack Satterfield and Kim Stephenson; and his aunt Evelyn Berry-Patterson. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
