She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Russell Cowen and Elizabeth Ellenburg Smallwood; her husband Billy Ray Atchley; her daughter Renotta Frachiseur; her daughter-in-law Marsha Atchley; and her sisters, Patsy Ann Ritterbush (MacBlane) and Judy Pritchett.
She is survived by: her son Andy Ray Atchley; her grandchildren, Dalton Ray Atchley, Dustin Ray Frachiseur (Andrea) and Aundria Walley (Michael); her son-in-law Denny Frachiseur; her great grandchildren, Hayden Ray Frachiseur, Holt Andrew Frachiseur, Noah Ray Walley, Madilyn Reanne Walley, Austin and Reid Walley; and her siblings, Jimmy Smallwood (Lori), Kathy Arrington and Patsy Phillips (Sam).
