She was predeceased by: her parents, Euell Thomas and Olive Thomas; her husband Ray Haden Smith; her daughter Mary; and her sister Dorothy Jarvis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen and Jeanean Smith; her granddaughters, Shea Beard (Stephen) and Holli Rae Shelton (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, James Haden, Della Mae Beard, Raelee Grace and Fisher Thomas Shelton. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
