He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Ann Claburn Dendy and Jesse Ray; and his brothers, David Ray Dendy and Richard Clifford Dendy. He is survived by: his wife Connie Willis Dendy; his children, John Lloyd Dendy (Angela), Lada Lomax, Rachel Ann Dendy (Matthew Hall), Amanda Marie Dendy (Jacob Ryan Bice) and Gwyneth Rosalie Dendy; his granddaughter Madelyn Rae Dendy; and his sister Jessica Charlene Pultz.
