He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Pannell of Washington and Carrie Mae Gregg Pannell; his children, Tim Pannell, Jeff Pannell (Cathy), Thomas Pannell (April) and Loretta Pannell Blackman; and his siblings, Margaret Kenny, Jack Pannell, Aubrey Pannell and Elizabeth Walker. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
