She is survived by: her husband Harold "Gene" Carey; her sons, Greg Carey, Robert Carey and Randall Carey; and her siblings, Ricky Harper and Jackie Harper Shamblin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Joppa Church of God (90 Mercury Dr, Arab, AL 35016). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
