He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Maze and Beulah B Maze (Kelley); and his siblings, Clyde Wilks, Lera Berry, Loyd Maze of Garland Maze, J. W and Susie Maze.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Maze; his children, Mike Maze (Jodi) and Patti (Paul Ogle); his grandchildren, Matt Maze, Ross Maze, Rhett Maze, Sarah Maze, Brad Collins (Maggie) and Will Collins (Anna); and his great grandchildren, Matti Maze, Jed Maze, Beckett Collins, Tucker Collins and Jordyn Collins.
