He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hill Whitley; his sons, Larry Dale Whitley, Jerry Glenn Whitley (Connie) and Garry Lynn Whitley; his grandchildren, Brandy Whitley Cardwell, Samuel Whitley of Caleb Whitley, D. J and Michael Whitley; his great grandchildren, Laura Jean Cardwell and Chelsea Cardwell; and his close friends, Darlene Evans and Linda Karr.
