She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Dale Burks; and her grandparents, Mary Frances "Fran" Smith, Edward, Thelma Burks, Hoyt and Irene Bishop.
She is survived by: her mother Michelle Ann Smith Bishop; her stepfather William "Bill" Bishop; her close friend Jeremy Martin; her grandfather Thomas H. Smith; her pet Freya; and her sisters, Kristy Batista (Ricky) and Dawn Howell (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Lieu of Flowers the Family of Mrs. Kimberly will accept arrangements but request that donations be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice.
