He is survived by: his parents, Mark Allen Smith and Barbara Ann Fouts Smith; his children, Connor Smith and Maddie Arbor; his siblings, Daniel Smith (Dani), Sam Marcase (Rexanna) and Tara Marcase; and his grandmother Patricia Fouts. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
