He was predeceased by: his parents, Will E Parker and Minnie Ezel Parker; his wife Betty Parker; his daughter Tammy Parker; his siblings, Clennon Parker, Clifton Parker, Walden Roberts, Nita Fay Myers, Edna Beck, Dollie Jones and Alma Smith; and his granddaughter Kylie Parker.
He is survived by: his stepson Jason Pannell; his children, LeAnn Parker and Randy Parker; and his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Pannell and Trenton Rainwater. He is also survived by nieces nephews.
