He is survived by: his children, Leora Sanchez and Charles "Hawkeye" Haseltine; his daughter-in-law Cassandra Haseltine; his grandchildren, Dakota Ann Lewis-Pacay, Roland James Sanchez, Lauren Alexandria Sanchez, Robert, Laura Parker, Jared Parker, Bradley and Destiny Parker; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Daniel Lewis, Maddison Grace Lewis and Briella Parker; and his cousin Christal Swope.
