He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sampson Clements; his daughters, Tina Clements (Nick) and Jamie Clements Zirkle; his grandchildren, Austin Pitts (Emma), Alanah Zirkle, Andrew Zirkle and Kayleigh Zirkle; and his brothers, Tommy Mashburn and Bill Scott. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
