She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bushard and Eunice Bushard; and her siblings, Jimmy Dewayne Bushard, Johnnie Faye and Deanna Strong.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Maze; her son Shane Keith Maze; her brother Jay Wane Bushard; and her grandchildren, Gylianah and Gentry Maze.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made Kindred Hospice in her memory.
