He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Payne (John Whitehead) and Cynthia Payne (Bobby Harless); his grandchildren, Joshua Payne, Kayla Skipworth, Cynthia Skipworth, Megan Payne, Crystal Payne, Anthony Payne and Kimberly Stewart; his sister Carolyn Anderton; his nieces, Deborah, Amy Payne and Laura; and his nephew John. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
