He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his children, Keith Smith (Janette) and Donna Smith; his brothers, Clark Jones Smith and Jerry Smith; and his grandchildren, Emily Smith, Allison Smith and Alexis Rogers (Jessie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
