He is survived by: his wife Loretta Toler Mullens; his sons, Franklin "Dale" of Arab and Kevin Mullens of Arab; his daughters-in-law, Jessica Mullens, Lesley Mullens and Tonya Mullens Calhoun (Eric); his grandchildren, Franklin "DJ" Mullens, Joshua Michael Mullens, Matthew Ray Mullens, Jeremiah Mullens, Jacob Lee Mullens, Skylar James Mullens, Autumn Marie Abercrombie-Mullens, Freyja Marie-Diane Calhoun and Valkyrie Carol-Lesha Calhoun; and his siblings, Oza Jr. Mullens (Joann), Pinkey Mullens (Kathy), Bobby Mullens, Leland Mullens, Judy Mullens and Carrie Mullens.
