He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Berry and Thelma Berry; his brother Charles Berry; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Berry, Leslie Ellis and Gene Traylor.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy C. Warnock Berry; his children, Shelieen Penn (Mike), Delane Berry and Lance Berry; his grandsons, Chris Penn (Becky) and Greg Penn; and his sisters, Betty Traylor and Joanne Ellis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
