He was predeceased by: his father Edward Lewis Knight, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sara Knight; his wife Susan Knight; his sons, Robert Knight (Sheena), Davy Knight (Heather) and Edward Knight III (Cassie); his grandchildren, Ward, Ashton, Addison, Hayden and Logan; and his siblings, Melanie Cornelson (Jerry), Janet Johnson (Mike) and Timmy Knight (Sharon).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
