She is survived by: her children, Richard Michael Shipp (Wanda), Mark Steven Shipp (Vicki), Melinda Hamilton (Doug) and Michele Shipp; her siblings, Carol Guice (James), Meril Machen (Ben), Judy Tyner (Joe) and Harold Painter; and her granddaughter Celena Kay Shipp. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In Lieu of Flowers; the Shipp Family has requested that donations be made to the Children's Hospital of Birmingham, Alabama.
