He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jo Adkins; his sister Jean Anderson; and his sons, Derek Wayne Bearden (Teresa), Tony Ray Wilbourn, Charles Wilbourn, Jr., Chad Wilbourn and Chris Wilbourn (Melena). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
