He is survived by: his wife Billie Ellen Connelly-Simpson; his siblings, Dian Foltz (John), Doyle Simpson (Carol) and Darrell Simpson; and his sons, Timothy Simpson, Travis Simpson (Anita), Daniel Johnson and Cyndi Johnson Howard. He is also survived by his 5 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
