He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Tolbert and Mary Nell Kelley Tolbert; and his wife Olive Louise Johnson Tolbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley Lee Beyl (Ron) and Kimberly Lane Johnston (Nick); his sister Sandra Tolbert Hammons; his brother-in-law Michael Hammons; his grandchildren, Lee Tolbert and Georgia Shannon; his great grandchild Laiken Farley; and his pets, Mojo and Chloe Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
