He is survived by: his children, Rex Easterwood and Latasha Easterwood; his grandchildren, Gracie, Kayce, Shelby, Brooke, Hannah (Michael), Maddie, Jayclee and Ethan; his siblings, Iva Patterson (Ronnie), Cecelia McBrayer (Donnie), Tom Easterwood (Rae) and Jim Easterwood (Carol); and his brother-in-law Edwin White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephew.
