She was predeceased by: her parents, Evard Phillips and Ella Vee Holaway. She is survived by: her husband David E. Waddell; her children, Jeff Waddell (Melinda), Jesse Waddell (Mary), Kathryn Kelly (Jason) and Elizabeth Waddell (Lee); and her brother Sammy Phillips (Patsy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
