Foster; his sisters, Evon Garrett (Joe) and Maevon Joiner (Walker) of Fredricka, L. T; his aunts, Essie M. Boyd Thomas, Eukala Fuller, Margaret Cruz and Mary J. Garrett (Thomas); and his uncle Ralph Trammell, Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
