He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell Clark and Zula Mae Dutton Clark; and his siblings, Audrey Mae Clark and Clyde Russell Clark. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Thomas Clark; and his children, Dennis Clark (Joni), David Clark (Brynn) and Kristi Cunningham (Chris). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
