He is survived by: his wife Betty Purdy Griffin; and his children, LaDonna Hinesley (Phillip), Pam Stracner (Darryl), Greg Griffin (Laura) and Joe Griffin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
