He is survived by: his wife Carmen Griner Long; his children, Clay Long (Brittany) of Harvest, Alabama, Rose Long of Oxford, Alabama, Morgan Edwards (Mark) of Atlanta and Georgia; and his siblings, Dora Norris, Shirley Dalrymple, Margie Thomas and Ray Long (Reba). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
