He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Larry R. Carter of Bessemer and Billy H. Tucker of Six Mile; and his great-grandparents, Frank, Mildred Miller of Demopolis, Nina, Joe Summerlin of Demopolis, Bob, Kate Bain of Bluff Ridge, Bud and Ethel Carter Bessemer.
He is survived by: his parents, Tara Carter Barger of Centreville and Travis Wayne Barger of Millers Ferry; his siblings, Gunnar W. R. Carter of Denver, Colorado and Kelly Marie Barger of Newbern; and his grandparents, Joan Bain "Meemie" Tucker of Centreville, Sonny and Suzanne Barger of Millers Ferry. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and brothers and sisters.
