He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Phillips Higgins. He is survived by: his father Travis Gray Higgins; his son Randall Trey Higgins; and his brothers, Tracy Elbert Higgins (Ann) and Tony Nathan Higgins. He is also survived by granddaughter, niece, and nephews.
