We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2022, at the age of 67, Tom Sawyer Jr. of Anniston, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Sawyer, Sr. and Dorothy Sawyer; his daughter Lindsey Sawyer; and his siblings, Betsy Williford (Sonny) and Tim Sawyer (Glenda).
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sawyer; his children, Tom "Trey" Sawyer, III, Tonya Hicks (Chris) and Kristy Jackson; his grandson Jackson Williams; and his siblings, Kathy Hopper (Bill), Terry Hughes (Steve) and Patrick Sawyer (Denise).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Oncology Department at NE Alabama Regional Medical Center, PO Box 2208, Anniston, AL 36202; the Buddy Moore Charity Golf Tournament, 4114 Eastover Drive, Anniston, AL 36207; or to the League for Animal Welfare, 2726 Bynum Leatherwood Road, Anniston, AL 36201.
