With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Dunlap of Anniston, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 14, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Thomas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dunlap and Fleda Dunlap; his son Christopher Covington; and his brother-in-law Bobby Keen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dunlap; his children, Joy Fillmore (Wesley), Robin Covington (Ruth) and David Dunlap (Jenny); and his siblings, Peggy Keen, Susan Plaxco and Jim Dunlap. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
