She is survived by: her daughter Janet Shierling (Mark); her sister Jenny Moore (Butter); her stepdaughters, Donna Hornbeck (Todd) and Pam Carden (Richard); her son-in-law Rick Maddox; and her grandchildren, Brittany Ledford, Daniel Ledford, Hannah Willingham, Jacob Hornbeck, Blair Hornbeck, Ava Hornbeck, Libby Lanier (Rob) and Kelly Hinds (Mark Edwards). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
