He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Johnson; his parents, James Johnson and Lola Johnson; and his siblings, Harold Johnson and Jimmie Nell Guthrie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Godby (David) and Kim Wilson (Randy); his siblings, Kay Small, Fay Cavileer, Nancy Bussey and Tommy Johnson; and his grandchildren, Amy Goodson, Jason Hurst, Jamie Lewis, Sandy Hunter, Andy Hurst, Kevin Wilson and Kirbey Sherbet. He is also survived by 19 Nineteen great grandchildren and 1 one great-great grandchild.
