She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Edward Burt Sr.; her son Thomas Edward Burt Jr.; her parents, Curtis Leon and Anne Lucille Jones; and her brother-in-law Robert Usher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Burt and Amy Greenwood; her grandchildren, Jessica Cummo, Whitney Hartley, Joshua Carter (Tasha), Ashley Irwin, Jenna Michael (Matthew), Candice Watson (Bart), Caylor Sheppard (Jon), Carmyn Greenwood and Cassady Greenwood; her great grandchildren, Kynsley, Kynady Carter, Aiden Irwin, Bentley, Brooklyn, Liam Watson, Jim and Jack Sheppard; and her siblings, Jean Usher and William Michael Jones (Susan).
