She is survived by: her parents, Paul Kadle and Donna Kadle; her brother David; her sister-in-law Jessica Kadle; her niece Elizabeth Carol Kadle; her nephew Jack Edward Kadle; her uncles, Gary Pitts and Steve Johnson (Joann); her aunt Catherine Johnson; and her caregivers, Rebecca Brown, Barbara Sullivan and Ernestine Shelborne.
Flowers will be accepted or a donation to East Central Alabama Cerebral Palsy in her honor.
