She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Tolbert; and her granddaughter Christy Crowe. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Dean (Rodney), Patty Stillwell, Michael White (Sarah), Phillip White and Lorria Crowe (Kenny); her grandchildren, Jessie Dean, Suzy Morgan, Beth Turner, Junior White, Tasha Salter and Brent White; and her sister Shirley Sewell. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
