He is survived by: his wife Patsy Sims; his daughters, Cassandra Luker (Wesley) and Miranda Hicks (Linda) of Rowety Sims, JR; his grandchildren, Olivia, Ian, Carter, Natalyn, Cassius, Carsyn, Raelynn, Kayliah, Liam, Bentley and Khloie; and his siblings, Rhonda Rena Cooper, Michael Radcliff and Brian Radcliff.
