He was predeceased by: his father William Henry Rowe Jr.; and his brother Roger William Rowe. He is survived by: his mother Linda Taylor; his sister Teresa Gail Rowe; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Jacks, Christopher Burgin, Haley Burgin, Haven Rowe, Dylan Morrison and Layla Rowe; and his uncle Billy (Piperlyn Warren).
