He was predeceased by: his parents, Borden Horne, Sr. and Viola Horne; his son Bobby Horne, Jr.; his granddaughter Whitney Lambert; and his brothers, George Horne and Bill Horne.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Horne; his children, Robbie Owen (Keith), Shannon Lambert (Tommy) and Gary Horne (Sheila); his grandchildren, Bobby Owen, Michelle Hughes, Zach Lambert, Jennifer Patterson and Carlie Phillips; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Hughes, Kennedy Soltau, Charlie Lambert, Camden Owen, Hudson Owen, Harlin Hughes, Sutton Soltau, Collier Hughes, Benjamin Patterson, Summer Phillips and Harper Phillips; and his brother Borden Horne, Jr. (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
