Johnson, Mary Laurie Cece and Margaret Johnson Torell; his nephew Michael John Cody; his great-nephew James; his nieces, Bronwyn and Marie-Anne Cody; his nephew Christopher Cody; his stepgrandchildren, Charles Everest Johnson, III, Jennifer Mirsky and Samuel William Johnson; his stepchildren-in-law, Luanne and Joseph Cece; his stepgreat-granddaughter Marian; and also, Corri, Sarah, Elizabeth, Petronella, Will, Anna, Mary Laurie Cece, Charlotte, Griffin, Callie, Margaret Johnson Torell (John), Gentry, Jane and John (Crawford). He is also survived by niece, 13 step-grandchildren and one great grandchild.
