She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Williams and Emma Williams of Virginia. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Sims, Paul Williams (Cynthia), Renay Richey (Emmitt), Charlotte Turner (Dale) and Beverly Moore (Frederick). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
