We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 95, Rebecca Hicks (Anniston, Alabama), born in Quincy, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lanier and Annie Lanier; and her siblings, Edna Marshall, Arthur Lanier, Lenora Freeman, Prince Lanier, Andrew Lanier, Jessie Lanier, Isaiah Lanier, Lois Strange and Willie Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Hicks, Barbara Cunningham and James Hicks (Melinda); and her sisters-in-law, Flossie Lanier and Lula Lanier. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
