He was predeceased by: his mother Willie M. Dial; his brother William Stanley Bell; and his wife Sue Bell. He is survived by: his father James R. Bell; his son Randy Bell (Katrina); and his grandchildren, Harper and Jackson Bell.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (542 W 52nd St, Anniston, AL 36206).
